IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE:

2 EGG WHITES OR 1 LARGE EGG
1 CUP MASHED BANANAS (ABOUT 3 MEDIUM)
CUP SKIM MILK
CUP VANILLA YOGURT (OR OTHER FLAVOR IF YOU PREFER)
1/3 CUP CORN SYRUP
2 TBSP. MOLASSES
CUP RAISINS
CUP DRIED APRICOTS
