My smoothie recipe 16 oz Vegetable smoothie
1/4 c med carrots
1/8 c celery
1/4 c of sweet potatoes raw or cooked
1/8 c of fresh beets (beets can be toxic, so use sparingly)
4 or 5 oz of almond milk (I use the 40 cal unsweeten vanilla)
2 tbsp of plain fat free Greek yogurt (I use Fage yogurt w/ 130 cal 0 fat,9 carbs per cup)
2 cups of fresh kale and spinach together (I freeze it together)
¼ of a medium pear
4 stevia packets ( I use Pure Via)
tsp of Flax seed oil
4 ice cubes
If it is a little thick, just add a little water.
Blend everything together for 10 minutes, and drink 32 oz a day. the beets will make the smoothie red, instead of green. You have to have a powerful blender to blend everything until it is smooth.
2 lbs gound turkey
1 lipton onion dry mix
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
tsp gound black pepper
tbsp ground garlic powder(you can use 2 garlic cloves)
1/2 cup water
i- sandwich thin
1 tbsp canola mayonnaise
1 slice low fat cheese ( your choice)
sliced tomato
1 lettuce leaf
1.4 c fresh fruit by Yoplait
4 oz mango juice
2 scoops of soy meal replacement
1/2 c water
sift all dry ingredients together, Mix all wet ingredients together, and mix with dry just until blended . Do not overmix. put in muffin pans,and bake at 325 convention, or 400 regular oven, let cool,
