Not the lowest of carbs but substituting cauliflower for rice cuts it down quite a bit. This is a comfort food that I missed doing low carb so I changed it up to better suit my dietary needs.

I was experimenting to find new ways of cutting calories & fat out of my diet. I love my coffee and I love my creamer. This is about 1/4 the calories & fat of store bought flavored creamers and tastes just as good.
