This is my take on a family recipe for pork roast. The original way hand down from my grandmother includes more salt, grease, and beer. This is just as delicious and more healthy. Feel free to add more red pepper if you like more heat!
Under 200 calories but it's a total summer dessert. Light and tasty. Great to take to a cook out or picnic. Kids and adults love this.
