IMPORTANT: I couldn't figure out how to calculate the dish using dry lentils and raw carrots, to the ingredient list shows the COOKED VOLUME of lentils and carrots, though I began with 1.25 cups of dry lentils and 2 cups raw carrot pieces.
(To make Pumpkin Pie Spice: Combine 3 T cinnamon, 2 t ginger 2 t nutmeg, 1.5 t allspice, 1.5 t cloves)
84 tsp = 1-3/4 cups
12 tsp = 1/4 cup
Top with cream cheese/pecan frosting.

This is a delicious, dense, healthy treat, especially if for the brown sugar you use Billington's Natural Dark Brown Molasses Unrefined Cane Sugar.
I cut the unpeeled organic apples into small cubes.
You can use all cranberries, all blackberries, or any other berry or fruit that strikes your fancy. Sucanat is aka organic cane juice crystals (use white sugar if you want). If it's not up to your standrd of sweetness, you can top with sweetened yogurt or ice cream.
Great way to use some of the blackberry harvest for a low calorie, high flavor dessert, 150 calories per portion!
No added sugars, whole grain, low calorie treats
