Get out the blender! This tastes like strawberry sherbert, but with fiber and protien and vitamins it's a fantastic breakfast shake. The tarragon imparts a unique flavor, but it's excellent without it too.
Uses left-over pot roast and veggies in individual ramekins. I split between 2 Corningware 24oz capacity bowls. Thin pie crust on top only lightens up the calories, but it's still a hearty comfort classic, and a huge all-in-one meal. For fewer calories, you could cut back on filling ingredients as this version makes heaping bowls full. Or just eat half and save half for later.
