High fiber Ground Beef base for sauces ect.

Makes 10 1 cup servings to add to sauces. The family will not notice this is healthier than plain ground beef. Excellent with pasta's.

Egg-Free Bread Pudding - Kid friendly

Kid approved whole grain bread pudding! Can be made Vegan by using soy or rice milk.

No nuts, no wheat, no eggs, no added sugar - low fat, raw protein bars - blender/vita-mix

Add water first and blend half at a time...otherwise you might burn out your blender - these are really quite tasty, although a bit too soft, I will tweak it next time I make and I welcome your suggestions....

A variation from Dr Phils fate free granola recipe I just altered it to suit my families pickiness :)

Egg free (eggless) carrot cake

I took a recipe from Vegan with a Vengance and corrupted it :) to create this most amazing (non-vegan) carrot cake. you can sub out a bit of the flour for whole wheat but I find the unbleached works best for this recipe.

Egg-Free Cornbread

I love this, it isn't super good for you, but it is yummy :) Freezes well, I like to make muffins with it and serve warm with milk poured over it.
