japanese breakfast noodles

I decided to make it for breakfast this morning and share it with all of you. You can substitute the ingredients for pretty much anything you want and it will still taste great. It's great on the go too, I like to put it into a pita if I'm in a hurry. Good source of potassium and other vitamins. Little high on sodium, but can be fixed by removing the soy sauce and adding other sauce.
