A spin on my Gram's apple crunch with, believe it or not, less sugar.
Something thrown together last minute can sometimes be great culinary masterpieces!
I make this with my residents at the nursing home. The cals vary, depending on how you cut it in a 9x9 pan. 9 slices=160 cal each, 12=120, 16=90.
Very yummy alternative to heavy fat & cal pumpkin pie

It's a favorite anywhere I bring it, and ultra-filling to boot! Also nice for the nay-sayers who "hate" vegetarian lasagna!
