zuchini Lasagna

1 Zuchini sliced and roasted
1 cup prego spaghetti sauce w mushrooms
3/4 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
add to this 3tbsp parmesan grated cheese &
1.5 grated provolone
3/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
add to this 1 egg
garlic powder
salt /pepper

rose's veggie chilli

3 bean chilli with sweet potaoes, zuchinni , & corn.
