My husband's the best cook ever...he made this burger this morning in less than 5 minutes. Its healthy cause it doesn't have any mayo or any of the dressings that some along in a traditional burger...and still it was delicious.
Healthy way of making your own mayo at home instead of buying the supermarket ones.
Added to that is brown bread even more heathier
This is a great substitue that my husband Marchelle made for mayo. He mixed all of the veggies like cabbage, carrot and cucumber and put like a tbsp of Probotic yogart and seasoning to make the filling for the sandwich
Marchelle's Beetroot Cabbage Milk and cream salad
Cut the beetroot into stripes and cabbage too
Add approx 2 tbsp of milk and 1/2 tbsp of cream from the milk and mix the veggies with it
Marchelle's Channa Dal with Chow Chow
Soak the Channa Dal for 1 hr in water
Heat oil and add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds
Add the copped onions and tomatoes and cook for sometime
Then add the Channa dal and the chow chow
The sambar masala and garam masala and pressure cook for 10 mins
Marchelle's Chicken Mayo Sandwich
Mix 1 tbsp of Mayo with cooked chicken
Spread the chicken and mayo on a slices of bread
Plain Aloo sabji
Aloo cooked with chilli power and haldi

Butter the bread with Nutralite
Add the cucumber slices
Dice up the leftover Chicken and make a sandwich
Snake gourd Koottu
1)Soak Channa dhall for 1 hour.
2)Cook it with 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil, turmeric powder and salt.
3)When the bengal gram is half cooked, add snake gourd.
4)Cook, until the gram and snake gourd is fully cooked.
5)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
6)Fry cumin seeds, green chillies, small onions, garlic and coconut, till it turns brown.
7)Grind them nicely without adding water.
8)Add the above paste into the Bengal gram mixture and cook for another 3 mins.
9)Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
10)Splutter mustard seeds.
11)Add curry leaves and tomato and saute for a while.
12)Add it to the Bengal gram mixture and mix well.
Marchelle's Home Made Egg Mayo Sandwich
Boil 2 eggs till hard boiled, smash them,
Add salt and pepper
Spread the egg mixture(mayo) on the buttered bread..sandwich is ready !
Cucumber, Tomatoes, cabbage and Yellow Bell Pepper
Salt and black pepper
Cut 1 banana into pieces,
Add curd, salt , chat masala and sugar and mix
