I converted this recipe from a family favorite casserole. It tastes every bit as good as the casserole and warms and fills you up!
Yummy and perfect as a dessert or for breakfast!
It's a play on Linda Sue's.
I use the True Whey vanilla protein powder. It's great by itself, but adding a little cocoa powder makes it even better!
My family lives a low carb lifestyle. I purposefully make this without the brown sugar. But feel free to add that back in if you like and adjust the nutritional counts accordingly. (3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar)We're also not fans of sage, but the original recipe called for 1 Tablespoon of ground sage.
Yummy over a tossed salad, or with chips, taco shells or tortillas.
A decent substitute for the real deal!
This is a yummy Linda Sue recipe, slightly adapted! I leave out the bacon for those in my family who don't like it and did not calculate it into the nutritional value of the recipe.
This one pot dish can be eaten over chips, on tacos, burritos, or on a salad. Very yummy!
I based this off of Linda Sue's Rouladen Flavored Roast. Only I decided to leave out a few choice ingredients out of preference.
It's better than low carb bread. Net carbs with romaine lettuce leaves is 0.1 grams. Very doable.

The picture isn't mine, but it's the closest thing to what it comes out looking like! Delicious and I personally love cooking it in the crockpot. Original recipe says to roast in the oven. I've done both and I love it either way!
You can choose to leave out the carrots and sliced onion if you like. 600 minutes equals 10 hours.
I found this recipe and thought how dull it sounded. Very little seasonings or spices. The fact it only called for cream cheese and cheddar cheese wasn't enough. So I added ricotta, cottage, parmesan, and if I had had it on had I would have added mozzarella.
8 Net Carbs. The original recipe didn't call for black beans or garlic. Those are optional and minus the beans you will save on carbs. I found that baking mine for 30 minutes proved to be enough time for the center to raise. You may use taco seasoning if you have it.
You can use any flavor of sugar free pudding to make your favorite low carb ice cream! Add fruit or carob to added texture and flavor.
Out of all the low-carb brownies I've made this one is the best recipe!! Even my pickiest child devoured these!!
9.2NET Carbs per serving, you can lower the carbs by leaving out the beans and extra can of beef broth. Use a quart of water if you want to leave out the beef broth all together.
I use Flat Out Flat Bread when I cannot find Joseph's Low Carb Flat Bread. Flat Out is a little higher, use a lower carb flat bread to help save carbs!
Simple and satisfying low carb version of this favorite Russian dish! Great over Dreamfields Pasta!

A light fluffy whip that is sure to please anyone living the low carb lifestyle. I tend to get heavy handed with the heavy cream, I sometimes just eyeball it, and leftovers sure are yummy the next day! 3.9 Net Carbs per serving sure is delish!
Low Carb pita breads are versatile! Use them in place of grilled cheese sandwiches, slice them up for chips to eat with chili or nachos, or make mini pizzas out of them!

Serve with favorite Stir-Fry vegetables. Less than 1 Net Carb just for these wontons. Can be made with half beef and half pork or just all pork. ENJOY!
Decided to use the leftover egg and cream mixture that I used for my son's french toast sticks. And instead of letting it go to waste I cooked it up and had it over sausage.
Please understand, this is not going to taste like cornbread. But it will have the texture of it. Smother it in butter and SF jam and pretend it's the real deal! Goes amazingly with bbq, soups, or just by itself late at night :D
Amazingly tender, perfect for year round! Especially yummy with low carb "corn bread", greens, and low carb "potato salad". Yes Summer can come early for you too! Enjoy!!
With 2.2 Net Carbs you really can't go wrong with this! I sometimes like to switch out the xylitol and use Ideal Brown which is like xylo-sweet only it's the imitation brown sugar form. I think it adds a wonderful flavor. Hope you enjoy!

A nice low carb gluten free cake!
Despite the length of ingredients, this was an easy dish to put together. Very flavorful and is paired very well with Fauxe Baked Potato Casserole! Roast will come out very tender! Can even be made in slow cooker!

Smooth creamy texture that is sure to please any cheesecake lover!! I had a thought to use lime jello sometime and add warmed up key lime juice instead of water. Will have to try that soon!

I make this from time to time. Love the light flavors of golden raisins and the hint of sweetness from the Craisins. I make the heart healthy serving size. You can make less if you wish.
