A lovely silky cream soup. It makes a full meal for me with 2 servings and a few crackers. If you like it thicker use less milk.
This is a cream sauce with a bit of chicken boullion for flavour.
This is a quick sandwich that is nutritious and flavourful. Use leftover roasted or deli chicken. Make it your own by adding whatever you like in chicken salad. Sometimes I add some finely chopped onion and celery. I don't find a need for margarine or mayo on the bread.
This is one of those recipes that has been around a long time. I have tried to lighten it up a bit and it still tastes good. Serve with a nice salad or colourful veggies and you have yourself a meal.
