this will get you veggies, fruit, protein, and fat. so 4 ouf of the 6 good groups is not bad.
It is very tasty, with a hint of sweetness, from the spices used. We enjoy it very much.
We serve it with a salad made of fresh payapa, cucumbers, and lettuce, and we use the juice from the payapa as dressing.
