Morning Smoothie Pomegranate Blueberry Banana w/flax

This is a wonderful quick breakfast with Almond Milk, Pomegranate or Blueberry juice and whatever frozen fruit you have handy plus flax and protein (plant based is best because it mixes better) Makes 2 large servings 15 oz each- add pure water if to thick to drink through a straw.

Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Apple juice, raw

This is a great tasting juice that feeds cleans and feeds the body.
