I did a Usana Reset & loved it. (I never felt hungry!) It has change the way I think about eating. I am now devoted to eating 5-6 small meals a day. I strive to never reach that “starved” feeling again. I am sure feeling starved is responsible for my over eating and gorging on unhealthy foods.
