This is a sweet snack that is a "no" ruffage for those with gluten and dietary restrictions.
Chicken salad with sweet pepper, parsley, zucchini and avacado.
Delicious, light tasting treat to serve with tea or after a meal.
This makes a flavourful sandwich filling that goes well with a salad or soup (or even just by its self).
My husband loves this with mashed potatoes (or it can be served over noodles.) You can add other veggies to it as you prefer. I like to put salsa on it at the table.
