Not overly sweet like store-bought muffins or those from a prepared box mix. Moist, chewy, nutritious and versatile! Sometimes it will be part of my breakfast, but usually a filling snack. I freeze them in individual baggies to keep moist, then gently warm for 7 seconds after thawed.

Great source of Vitamin A! For more festive serving, put a dollop of Cool Whip Free and a sprig of fresh mint on each serving. Garnich is not included in nutritional panel. You can use individual jello molds, too.
Delicious and healthy! If you are only going to eat one sandwich, divide egg salad into 3 portions, and refrigerate immediately what you are not eating. Do not make sandwiches and refrigerate or they will get soggy.

Protein and fiber rich! Because of the high fiber, they are very filling. High in nutrition, healthy fats, etc. If you like a sweet muffin, serve with honey or sugar-free jam.

Modified from recipe on box of Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed. These are very good and high in Omega-3. They smell wonderful while baking and are very good! I froze some of them so I wouldn't be tempted to snack on them.
I use the Seasoned Four Grain Rice recipe and make up 4 1/2 cup baggies for freezer.

This is a sugar-free rendition of an old family favorite.
I used a food processor to chop all ingredients, so it only took less than 5 minutes.
Adapted form a banana cake recipe on cake mix box. I used apple carrot pulp from juicer for the grated apples and carrots in the recipe. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil.
This is my adaptation using Hodgson Mill Multigrain cereal. Is using another brand or type, nutrition will be different.
I used the recipe from the box, added raisins, cinnamon and syrup to make a delicious hot breakfast for 5. I refrigerate the hot cereal in a loaf pan overnight, then cut it into 4 servings to reheat the next 4 mornings for myself.
Stoneyfield Farm brand yogurt has 6 active probiotics as compared to 3 in most other brands. You can add other pumpkin pie spices, like nutmeg, cloves, etc. A can of pumpkin is 2 cups. Slice into 4 sections, wedge each slice into 6 pieces, and freeze on a cooky sheet. When frozen, transfer to freezer bags to have ready for smoothies.
Pair this with some fresh fruit or fruit salad for a complete meal. Serves 2

Healthy scramble for 2.
Using canned chicken and soup and frozen potatoes and vegetables makes this preparation go quickly. However, it also makes it higher in sodium.
Starting with a bread mix, and using a bread machine, this preparation is fast. The 220 minutes is not a typo. I used the number from my bread machine. It is the amount of time for a whole wheat loaf, start to finish.
You can use flavored coffee or add flavoring to regular coffee. There may be a slight variation in nutrients. You need an espresso machine to make the coffee.
You must have a juicer to make this. Very simple and delicous.

My mother-in-law raised 6 kids on this. I made it for my husband tonight and he liked it, but said that his Mom's had more liquid in it. She probably added the potato water, which I didn't do.
