Delicious and quick snack that's nuturious and yummy.
I've been making this fruit salad for about 11 years now. My daughter loves it. It is her one true guilty pleasure, at 275 calories for a cup, it's understandable why. You could probably use another kind of whipping cream, and I have, but the results were not as good.
I wanted to have a baked potato, but wanted protein. So, I made us healthy a taco baked potato. I hope you'll enjoy it. It's simple and low in calories, but can be lower if you need.
This can be a snack or an entire meal, for me it was the whole meal.
My wonderful goddess syster, Kristi, provided me with this incredibly delicious taco soup a few years ago at a Goddess Retreat. I was immediately in love with it. It's nutrious and incredibly yummy! I hope you'll enjoy the gifts from the Earth as we did.
