A yummy way to get those fruits in your diet.
This is a VERY flexible recipe. You can add more or less of any fruit you like. You can also use ice, water, yogurt, etc.
This is an all-time favorite of my family. I've made it healthier by using ground turkey instead of beef and nonfat skim milk. Sometimes I double up on the veggies since this is one of the few ways my kids will eat them. You can even make it without the cheese, but I wouldn't because cheese is so yummy.
