CC's Quinoa Cottage Cheese Flapjacks

This has more of a moist flapjack consistency, thinner than a regular pancake but thicker than a crepe. Add about 6 tablespoons agave nectar to the batter if grabbing to go OR use the agave as syrup on top instead of pancake syrup. If you'd like them thicker you can add 1 tsp of baking powder to the batter. For an added protein punch spread some unsalted natural peanut butter on it and enjoy!
