Similar to another recipe on Spark from which I took my ideas but I left out the cheddar and tried to make this a bit lighter in calories. I actually used 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1/3 cup of parmesan, but found I had at least 2/3 cup left over so my recipe is based on the approximate amount that I actually used.
