seafood marinara mix {fresh or frozen}
mix of salmon,prawns,calamari,octopus,firm white fish,crab.WHATEVER YOU LIKE.Cut the salmon and fish into thick chunks. Heat pan and with a little olive oil ,add seafood and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. I like to eat this with lemon rice or a tomatoe,chilli sauce with spagetti
lemon rice (brown or basmati rice)
rice cooked and drained.mustard seeds,curry leaves,1/2 lemon rind and juice,coriander,olive oil.Heat oil in pan, med heat,add mustard seeds,as they begin to pop,add curry leaves and strips of lemon rind.leave for 1 min.Take off heat add coriander and lemon juice.ADD any seafood/chicken
tomatoe and chili pasta sauce{fresh}
pre heat oven 180 degrees. Spray a pan with a little olive oil. Place 10 tomatoes halved,1onion halved,2 segments of peeled garlic.Cook for 30 mins.Let cool.Can be frozen Blend mixture in food proceesor with a little olive oil ,water,salt and pepper,chilli. ENJOY FRESH PASTA SAUCE
