Recipes I've Shared:
Love using fresh local produce, and never know exactly what to do with it. With this recipe I used zucchini and sugar peas...but will switch out to use eggplant, peppers, squash, and other local favorites as they become available...or instead of switching, add them right into the mix!
Taken from Hungry Girl's 200 under 200.
Taken from Hungry Girl, I used tomato sauce instead of crushed tomatoes and added some oatmeal to help it hold together better
Taken from Hungry Girl, and modified slightly to fit what I have in my cupboard, and what I wanted in calories.

Just make your usual hamburger helper healthier using turkey instead
Idea taken from Hungry Girl, but modified to fit my diet. My kids like adding some chocolate syrup to it.
I really enjoyed the beef n' rice recipe shared by another member, but needed to make some adjustments. Used ground chicken instead of ground beef....used corn instead of mushrooms....hubby is allergic to mushrooms
If you like cheese cake, you'll love this, and it's only 163 calories for a slice!
I took the Leprachaun Pie recipe and mixed it up to create this wonderful treat!
My kids don't like all the extras like onions and green peppers. There are many things you could do to this recipe that would liven it up, without adding on the calories or fat content.
Great treat! My family loves these
Great alternative to the box stuff. My family prefers it
Great alternative to ground beef. My family loved them!
Taken from hungry Girl's 300 under 300...it was a big hit with my entire family.
