Ketogenic Diet Recipes
To change one's metabolism from Sugar and Glucose burning to be Fat Burning one has to eat a zero sugar, low carb, some protein and high fat diet. Fat does not make us fat, but sugar (and high carbs) make us fat because insulin (a hormone) tells the body to "store fat"
 
Ketogenic Diet Rewards
Sometimes on a Ketogenic Diet one can be less strict (or have meals that are a reward for doing well). These recipes are not so high fat or low carb ... but are great as a reward for doing well (in losing weight) or keep to the metabolism that ensures you won't gain all the weight back again.
