quick fruit juice smoothie for quick energy breakfast
Great way to use up those mushy bananas. My next batch I am going to try it with Stevia, if I can figure out the proper ratio.. :) But even with using sugar, each slice (and mine are kindof thick) is only 237 calories, and one slice is a beautiful breakfast with my coffee.
