I am really just amazed that this works. I love baked potatoes and don't care for ones prepared in a microwave.

So easy and tasty.
I had leftover rice and roasted vegetables from another meal so I added chicken, edamame, scrambled eggs, and teriyaki sauce for an asian stir fry.
Cheaper and tastier then store bought crusts.
Easy and tasty.
Exceptionally easy, tasty, cheap, and nutritionally well balanced. Aldi sells box mixes of noodles with sauces a few times a year. However, you can achieve the same recipe using soba noodles and a store bought sauce.
This snack is so yummy. It hits cravings for sweet, fat, creamy, and salty and it fills you up.
Egg noodles with meatballs
Far tastier then anything I can get from a drive thru or frozen box. You can store the eggs in the fridge for two days and the freezer for longer. Reheat in the AM to assemble the sandwich.

This is great recipe to use left overs in. Use this as a base and add whatever veggies, potatoes, cheese, etc... you like.

Chef Meg's Crunchy Chicken Salad
I have tried handmade versions of this but the breading just doesn't stick like the stuff in the box.
This is the Basic Baked Tofu form Appetite for Reduction by Isa Chandra Moskowitz wrapped up with rice, veggies, and sauce.
Easy, tasty, and low fat. Recipe by Jennifer Raymond, M.S., R.D., from Healthy Eating for Life to Prevent and Treat Diabetes by Patricia Bertron, R.D.
I make this to top pancakes and waffles but you could use for anything that needs a sweet topping like shortcakes, ice cream, etc...
Veganized version of Bob's Red MIll 7 Grain Waffle Mix
My omnivore mother loves these. One will fill you up for very little calories and lots of protein.
Easy, tasty, low in fat, and filling.
This is a super easy soup to make, low fat and tasty.
This is one of my favorite dishes. The broccoli is still good warmed up for leftovers and can also be used in other recipes like frittatas.
Extremely tasty, low fat, and very easy to make. Left overs taste even better. Spoon sauce into bowls as well as it flavors rice nicely.
A creamy dressing and/or dip for none of the fat and very few calories.
Tasty on toast with tomato and sprouts
This is an easy dish, tasty, nutritious, and no cooking!
Zesty tahini salad dressing with no extracted oils. It is not fat free but it is definitely low fat and very tasty.
Easy and tasty. A nice alternative to the classic goupy green bean casserole.
