This is a quick and delicious dessert if you have an ice cream maker. Makes 4 VERY generous servings or 6 more portion-controlled ones.
Based on LRUSSELLFAMILY's recipe, but reduced calories. Great for lunch, dinner, potlucks, etc.
While it might taste light a dessert, it has enough fiber to be a healthy, delicious breakfast or snack!
