Portion control for breakfast
Substitute 1/2 an avocado for 2 of the egg yolks and non-fat plain greek yoghurt for mayonnaise for a richer and healthier egg salad

Very easy to make with a pressure cooker
Pressure cook a whole chicken. Pull the meat off the bones. Use breasts and thighs to make chicken salad. Use the rest to make chicken stock in the same pot. Save some chicken for the soup.
Mix it all up in a pressure cooker with a bay leaf or two and cook for 10 minutes
Light and flavorful. Use yr. food processor and partially frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts to make your own (better) ground chicken.
Easy, very tasty
This is 2x Dr. Ludwig's recipe--I use this a lot for cooking chicken and fish, as well as a condiment for eggs, tofu hash, etc.

Low carb soup, thick and tasty. Typically, such a soup would be thickened with potato; pureed cauliflower makes an excellent low-carb alternative, adds excellent texture and flavor. The only thing about this soup is that you have to pay attention at the beginning, until you've added the broth. Both garlic and cabbage will easily burn if you don't pay attention and the burnt flavor will permeate the soup. If you happen to burn them, you'd best toss and start over, or make something else, like a hash maybe?
