I got this recipe somewhere online. It would be good with some serrano or some other kind of hot pepper to spice it up!
My dad makes this every year for Thanksgiving. I've tweaked it to be Vegan so we could bring it to Farm Sanctuary's Celebration FOR the Turkeys every November. It's delicious and everyone loves it, even picky kids.

Recipe from Vegan Planet, best cookbook ever! I've found most Wal-Mart's carry vegan chocolate chips without knowing it, it's usually the generic brand. Check the labels. I also use walnuts in this recipe.
This isn't very authentic.. It's the way my mom always made it. Sazon Goya can be found in more grocery stores in the Mexican aisle.
This is the best chili ever! You can add corn for a little sweetness and cinnamon makes it really good for some reason.
