This is a Paleo Italian meal with no pasta, no grains, LOTS of veggies and chicken thighs.
Some people have a hard time eating Paleo because their body type requires more carbs than Paleo usually provides. But certain Paleo foods are rich in carbs, such as Manioc (Tapioca). This is a high carbohydrate paleo bread made from a commercial mix. It is a very simple mix containing only Manioc Flour, leavening, salt and herbs. The eggs, oil, cheese and almond milk are added in. Nutritional info reflects the fully prepared and baked bread, not just the box ingredients.
Filling, Spicy and Warm
Warm, inviting, and delicious. This is a low calorie and low carb way to have a filling and satisfying soup. Great on cold evenings!

This is a great fresh vegetable salad with a lot of substance. Crammed with super greens and fresh summer vegetables, it makes for a satisfying side dish on a hot day. A full 3-4 servings of veggies! Cool and Juicy!
Low calorie, yet filling, I use this for my vegan cleansing diet in conjunction with Dr. Schulze's 30 day cleanse. I is yummy enough for every day.
This is a great vegan breakfast drink. I use it for breakfast when on a cleanse because it boosts my protein intake during a time when I'm not eating meat. I also use this as an intense nutrient boost when I get hungry during a cleanse.

I don't use artificial sweeteners and prefer to have my desserts less sweet. I cannot find a commercially available ice cream that suits my taste so I made my own by blending equal parts of my favorite ice cream with unsweetened almond milk. I get my ice cream fix for just about half the fat, calories, sugar and carbs! Perhaps not as creamy as the real thing, but it is cold, sweet and the scales thank me in the morning. YAY!
Completely Paleo Dessert - Very Rick, Tasty and Calorie Dense, so the Portions are small! Remember - A little goes a LONG way!

Warning: This recipe contains Shiratake rice - I do not taste the shiratake in this dish, but if you hate this ingredient, simply leave it out and adjust the portion size by 1 cup total.

This main course salad has all the great flavor of an old fashioned burger, but the carb count is significantly lower.You are what you eat, so if you eat a Big Mac, you will be... well...BIG! But, if you eat a Mighty Mac Hamburger Salad, you will be MIGHTY!!!!
"Two All Beef Patties, SPECIAL SAUCE, Lettuce, Cheese, Pickles, Onions on a" Bed of SALAD!!!! This is my version of a popular fast food burger's special sauce. I put all the ingredients of a nice, juicy Big Mac into a salad and leave out the bun. Great!

A simple, hearty bison stew for cold autumn evenings. This recipe omits the potatoes that are usually used in stew recipes, and goes for lots of vegetables in it's place. Low carb, all the way!
This is a variation of Tuna Salad. I use the Wild Alaskan Salmon from Costco that comes in 6 oz cans. Mouth watering and a nice change for folks who don't care for tuna.
I try to serve an extra large salad with each meal and this is one of my favorites, especially for a hearty, autumn or winter meal. My first experience with a wilted salad was in a small restaurant in Paris. They served theirs with warm goat cheese on top. Yumm! Now, I make a wilted salad several times a week and we love it more than the fresh, crisp kind!
I invented this recipe when I was craving Chinese food. My favorite Chinese restaurant serves food that is full of carbs, calories, fat, MSG and all sorts of things that make me regret going there. This is my attempt at getting an Asian Flair within my Paleo dietary limits. The result was a hit with the whole family!
I make this recipe at the end of harvest season using the zucchinis that have grown too big for anything else.

When I'm doing a cleanse, I will temporarily go vegan for the duration of the cleanse. These recipes give me some yummy things to eat while giving my body a rest from my ordinary Paleo lifestyle.
