Easy tuna salad

I use this tuna salad either for lunch or a smaller portion after workout. Packed full of protein, low in fat, filling and nutritious, it's fast & easy to make--tastes amazing. Use in salad, sandwich or spread on cucumber or low calorie crispbreads (Finn crisp, Ryvita, Wasa). Enjoy!
