Makes a smoothie breakfast complete. I use egg whites because I am watching my cholesterol. I freeze the extra. They freeze well.
I make this to go with the Hoppin John that I make New Years Day. I use egg whites because of cholesterol.
I prefer whole wheat, so I make this up and store in air tight container.
