My verson of Korean miso soup. I use Korean miyeok for the seaweed, but wakame will do. Can add tofu, beef, or shrimp.

Nakji Bokkeum [Korean Stir-Fried Octopus]

Delicious super-spicy stir-fried octopus. Can also be used with squid.
