Adapted the recipe on the back of the Bob's Red Mill coconut flour to include ww pastry flour & rice protein powder in lieu of rice flour, and coconut beverage w/ vinegar in lieu of buttermilk
Similar to chicken nuggets, but with way less fat, calories & carbs.
Made with stevia instead of aspartame.
I halved the recipe from Sarah Frogoso's Everydaypaleo.com. This will feed Danil and I, with me having 1 piece/ 1/4 the pizza and Daniel having 2, with one leftover.
