One of my favorite light summer desserts!
I think if I made this next time, I would leave out the 2nd can of cream of mushroom soup because it seemed too soupy. It was delicious however! The ingredients I used below is what I had on hand. Normally I use fat-free soups all the time but this time I had only the regular cream of chicken soup.
Hotdish with fat free cream of mushroom soup and peas
