This is a set it and forget it banana bread recipe. If you crock has a programmable timer you could make it before bed and wake up to the sweet banana bread aroma. MMMMM good.

This is a modified version of an award winning Cabbage Recipe found on Taste of Home. Ever since my fathers CHF I have been trying to find flavorful foods that are lower in sodium. This is my first stab at this one, but I think I could lower it more by stewing my own tomatoes and finding other low sodium ingredients.
I absolutely love these ribs. So rich in flavor and an economical cut of beef. This is a 5 star recipe if you have the time to let it cook slowly. Tip. Prepare in crock pot the night before and put to cook in the morning. Then you will come home to a delectable meal! Great with Mash Potatoes and Asparagus. Yummmy!
I found this on the internet and modified it slightly to reduce the overall sodium. You can use canned beans but I choose to go with dried pre-cooked great Northerners. You can also purchase a rotisseree chicken or roast your own
I found this recipe on pininterest originally and followed it to a T with the exception of fresh tomatoes. The original recipe said 6 servings. But neither my husband or I could finish 1/6th of the casserole. It's more like 8 servicings. Very good. A bit high on the sodium
I recently made this recipe and was really surprized how good it turned out. Not low in sodium or fat, but very satisfying on a cold winter day
This is the first year that I have tried this and I will update you on the reviews. My goal is to cut the amount of fat and sodium. There is no added salt what so ever in this and the sodium level for one cup/serving isn't too bad. More to com

I have made this dressing for many years. It's a meal in itself. I get requests every year for the recipe. I am working on reducing the fat and overall calories this year and will let you know how it turns out.
