FROZEN Cherries, A FROZEN banana, coconut milk and flax. Blend together until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
I have the Williams Sonoma automatic ice pop maker. I made up this recipe based on variations in different magazines. If you don't have one of these gadgets (it was a gift!), you can freeze them the old fashioned way in popsicle molds, but you'll need twice the time to let the first layer freeze before you add the second.
Adapted from a Fitness magazine recipe. I had a smaller package of mushrooms and no chicken. Also, I was running low on chicken broth, so I used veggie broth to make up the difference.
This is very dense and filling. It's from my mom's Weight Watchers' recipe, but she makes it with Splenda (and no chocolate chips) for way less calories!
There are many variations of this recipe. This is a combo of my mom's and stepmom's versions. I love it!
