With this base you can make various flavor combinations... "tapioca"like or smooth. Can be sweetened to your taste with your preferred sweetener; swap out milk type; add SF syrups/flavors/extracts or cocoa powder... have fun play with it!!
My 1st time having "Jambalaya" since being keto-adapted... it turned out better than I could of hoped! This single pot (used another for nonKETO-friendly's rice, lol) recipe makes plenty to freeze, share, and still have servings for leftovers!! I pair mine with mayo/avocado and side salad or a buttered vegetable!!
Easy meat roll. Eat by itself or pair it with a nice salad.
***I actually used Jennie Os plain turkey tenderloin. I had 2 packages, when I opened them there were 2 seperate pieces of turkey in each pack... I used 3 for this recipe and my fur baby Batman got the forth!)
