*Not included in nutritional info* Place prepped ingredients and cheese on top of crisp tortilla and broil until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. I brushed corn tortillas with olive oil infused with fresh cilantro and lime juice (put all three in a pan and heated up) then baked tortillas about 20 minutes or until crisp. I am eating the leftovers for lunch without the tortillas, just with a spoon. This can also top nachos or be served a dip with chips. My 1 year old LOVES it since it's so baby hand friendly and SO TASTY and healthy!
