4 fresh vegetable ingredients for a yummy salad base. Makes 14 cups total.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Low sodium and low in sugar. I made this using Truvia sweetener as I don't like splenda. More flour may be added to make them more firm, mine turned out a little flimsy with only 1.5 cups.
