Bean Soup

I make this all the time without measurements, but I think this is pretty close. The sodium is a little high so if you need to watch your blood pressure I would suggest low\no sodium tomatoes. I also add seasoning to taste. I usually use chili powder, green chillies, and whatever I just happen to grab out of the cupboard.

Turkey Meatloaf (Eating for Life recipe)

This is my favorite meatloaf. I haven't found one better.

Stir Fry (chicken and vegetable)

I like to add a little thai hot sauce to this to give it a kick. Any seasoning or veggies could be used.
