Transform your IBIH Low Carb Meatballs into meatball marinara
Basic meatballs, perfect for topping with marinara and cheese
Also dab mine with LC BBQ sauce, but didn't have it saved as a recipe to add.
High fiber, very low carbs. Great for Atkins induction. Be sure to add a fat (butter, coconut oil or bacon grease) to cook in, and top with butter.
Quick low carb gravy to make with pan drippings. Texture is not "presentation quality" as some fat may separate as it cools.

Tasty BBQ sauce with diet cola as the secret ingredient. This tastes a lot like Bullseye Original. 2 g net carbs per 2 TBLS serving, from the onion and tomato paste. Can be made with vegan worcestershire sauce. Modified from Laura Dolson recipe at lowcarbdiets.about.com
From "the Productive Dad" blog. No sweeteners required! About 2g of net carbs per 2 TBLS serving, from the tomato paste and onion. Off the shelf ketchup will hit you with 8g of carbs.
The BOMB! You will tapdance with glee, and may neglect to make a low-carb cake or Oopsie cinnamon rolls to go with this.
A 2x4" slice has 14.3g total carbs, less 6.1g dietary fiber and 3 g sugar alcohol (xylitol). Net carbs ~5.2g!
