Basic Granola

This a basic granola that is made without shredded coconut. The original recipe called for walnuts instead of pecans, and wheat germ instead of milled flax seed. Molasses was added for additional flavor.

Holiday Custard

This recipe was developed for my husband who loves egg custard but is now restricted to a low carb, low fat, low sodium diet.
