A plain soup to keep on hand all the time. Uses home made bone stocks, along with aromatics, some cabbage, kale, tomatoes and lentils. No fancy spices. Add spices and protein later to this soup for variety.
Traditionally served during weddings, these chile rellenos, stuffed with acorn squash, apples, almonds, cinnamon & raisins are delicious and not fried. This recipe is a vegetarian version that is also low in calories and fat, and high in protein.
Persian spices, mung dahl and cabbage, soup veggies and beyond beef crumbles makes this a filling, delicious soup.
Kale, celery, banana, lime, mint & parsley, make a rehydrating, healing start to the day!
Strawberry, rhubarb, egg, spelt crust and xylitol makes a healthy pie for breakfast or dessert.
You can eat these veggie burger patties with or without a bun.
Serve with salsa.
