Tasty Turkey Fajitas

These are delicious and easy-to-make, and even taste great the next day as leftovers! The recipe is very mild, and will please even pickier palates ... of course, you can always kick up the spice a notch (or two or three!) if you'd like. There is no sugar or starch added, and has lots of protein to keep you full--so it's healthy but also satisfying for guests, kids, the spouse, etc. The salt content can also be lessened if desired.
