Somewhat Chinese style.
This recipe is a variation of a Food Network.com recipe courtesy of Kathellen Daelemans. We add more onions and more tortellini as well as a can of V8. We like our way slightly better than the Food Network.com version. However, the Food Network version is even lower calories.
Even my husband who is very anti-vegetarian foods LOVES this chili recipe. There is a decent variety of vitamins represented in this recipe as well.
