AngelMOM's Low Carb/Low Cal Shrimp Cucumber Appetizer

slice cucumber into 8 slices - 2 each
chop theshrimp and tomatoe
combine Waldens, shrimp, tomatoes
spoon equally onto the 8 slices of cucumber
I even cut them in 1/4 pieces - and each person really feels lke they had an appetzer
season to taste - I put the pepper/garlic grinder on the table

AngelMOM's Low Carb/Low Cal Salad or Slaw

(can be used as a slaw with more dressing)
