Carrot Cake

* Honey, 1 cup (remove)
* Sunflower Oil (oleic), .3 cup (remove)
* Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
* Flour, whole grain, 2.5 cup (remove)
* Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
* Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
* Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
* Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
* Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
* Carrots, raw, 3 cup, grated (remove)
* Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cup (remove)

Parmesan Spinach Rice

Makes about 5 one-cup servings

Turkey Borscht

It's really vegetable soup made with turkey stock and with beets added. I call any soup borscht if it has beets in it, which is pretty much what it is.


Fast rising yeast bread - I had to make a quick Roscon de Reyes - the kind you put a prize inside for my 2nd grade Spanish students.
