Salad with Tuna

This is very easy to make and tastes great!

Ground Beef and Spinach Lasagne

Use 12 sheets of the no-cooking necessary egg noodles (depending on the size of your casserole dish) to make this 4-layer lasagne. Add as much or little salt as necessary to the meat sauce.

Mushroom, Onion and Spinach 2-Egg Omelet

Easy egg white breakfast omelet. I cut everything the night before and leave it covered in the fridge for the next morning.

Ham and Mushroom Sandwich
